Here is a sketch of the commercial property we are bidding on, all the numbers and details are on the sketch ( shaded area is the grass to be cut on a weekly basis. Just looking for some estimate, I know every area is different in price, just looking for ballpark number.
    Thanks

is the rest of the area not shaded parking lots? Is there any trimming to do in between the buildings, also how many trees if any and where are they located. Is all the landscaping around the buildings mulch or rock or is it all concrete? How many if any bushes are there to trim? So from the estimate 100,000 sqf is about 2 acres to mow but you don't specify how much trimming there is on the property. You or your crew are also going to be slowed down do to traffic in the area. From the looks of the property and not knowing the above specs a ball park figure I would bid would be somewhere in the $300-400 per cut range.

Sorry, everything not shaded is parking lot, or concrete. There are about 40 trees but they are located in mulch beds no trimming needed, there is some trimminig along the buildings that would take 2 guy about 20 to 30, not much hedge trimming at all. And the mulch is a separate bid
    Thanks
