commercial bid

    does anyone have a bid that you could let me see so i can get an idea on how to do a really good bid. thanks

    But if you want to end up getting the job, come up with your price and cut it in half, throw in enough extras to equal the mowing price alone and then give a discount on top of all of that at the signing

    Here is a Bid sheet I made up myself, and it seems to work well - I also include pictures of properties we mow that show well trimmed curbs, obstacles etc.
