I was asked to put a bid in for a big commercial job. Any ideas how long it would take to mow approximately 43 acres of grass with a 72" and a 60" machine for the small areas. It is a park. All I have to do is the big mowing. They will do all the hand mowing and trimming.

I would say 8-12 hours all depending on the conditions etc (trees, playground equip, buildings, etc). Also you would need good weather and good time management so it doesn't eat 2 days up.Who knows????????Also can you get some subs to help out and still make money, run 3-5 mowers at once.;)
