commercial bids

    how do you approach business for bids,do you walk in and ask for the property mngr. or do you call first ask for a appointment,and what time of year do you do this ,fall or early spring?:blob3:

    Lawn care success says to try and talk to comercial clients now.Its been working for us we just put in two bids on thursday!Lawn care success has some great letters to send to the comercial clients. you should check them out:blob4:

    Busines is Business,
    It dosent matter what time of the year it is, they still need service.

    Send a letter, then a follow-up phone call, if that doesnt get your foot in the door, then maybe a personal vist with a small token of appreciation ($5.00 to local car wash) to see what there needs are.. Maybe it might not work at first, but if your persistant, never know... I have been trying to land this contract since FEB 2001, just signed a deal on Friday..... If you want a contract go and get it... :D
