Commercial Bids

    Whats should I charge for commercial bids as to residential should it be more or the same as residential cause I have a few fast food resturants,banks,strip malls and gas stations lined up for estimates that are going up in the area and I think this might be my best chance to get into commercial lawns and I dont wana screw it up.

    Be careful TLC. In my area it's been my experience that fast-food restaurants and gas stations tend to give work to the lowest bidder because business is not contigent on how good the landscaping looks. I try to steer clear of those clients because it winds up being a waste of my time. They never pay much. Stick with apartment complexes and business parks. Good Luck! JB
