    hey guys,
I would like to offer my services to a couple of small shopping malls in my town. What's the best way to approach them? I've seen signs with the name & # for the management group in charge. Is it best to call, write, Ihave no idea how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

IMHO, in person is better if possible. If not call on the phone and set up a meeting or conference call. I think by dropping off the estimate you may be missing things they want or providing a service that is not required...etc.

I would give them a call. Let them know that you are interested in getting on their bid list. After that I would set up an appt. (although, most of these mgmt. co. don't want to be bothered)
