    We are preparing a 2005 bid on a commercial property. The Property Manager wants a unit price on various shrubs/perennials/bulbs/mums etc.

    Example: The cost for a 24" Densi Yew is $22.15 wholesale:

    (1) how much markup on the wholesale price (covering a 1 year limited warranty);
    (2) cost for installing;
    (3) cost for removing replaced shrub.

    What cost do you use for annual flowers, Canna Lillies, mums, bulbs and perennials

    (1) how much markup on the wholesale price;
    (2) cost for installing;
    (3) cost for removing replaced annual, lily, mum, bulb and/or perennial.

    I just double the price of everything, which includes my cost for pick-up, delivery, gas, and the plant(s) of course and installation

    I would go 2.5 times the amount of wholesale so if it is 22.14 then it would be 55.35. It works for me so maybe it will work for you
