I'm looking for some info on how to bid a commercial maintenance contracts. The job is 122 location with 5-10 zone system. The service will invole all aspects of the irrigation system.

I would really appreciate any info on this. This could be HUGE!!!! for a small company like myself

    Thanks again

So much per month for inspection and routine adjustments. Include startup and blowout into your monthly.

Time and materials for any and all repairs.

Assuming your post means you have 122, 5-10 zone systems...

Depends on location, access to BF, controller, blowout, meter... The list goes on, but.

If they were all in the same place (complex) with exterior controllers and backflows and blowout ports, Id start with 200/property/season. That is the absolute cheapest, best scenario. Worst case could triple that.

Repairs at an hourly rate on par with your locale, plain and simple.

In my area for those types of systems we charge $60 to $80 each for start up and winterization, but we have to pull the meters to blow them out, and $65 to $75 for mid season check.
If all the controllers were outside and you did not have to access the house to turn water on and off, and in your area I think you do, and no scheduling was required to do any start up or winterizations I might go a little lower on the price. If you have to schedule those services I think you will want to charge more for the time it would take.
