commercial pricing

    what are some guidelines to use for large plots of land 35 - 50 ac when pricing, i am looking for prices per sq foot and hourly

    charge $60.00 an hour you should be able to do 5-8 acres a hour easy if you have over a 60" deck on like a exmark ztr.

    SO, based on your "plan" you are telling him to cut 50 acres for $360.00 dollars..........YEAH right.... :dizzy: :dizzy: :dizzy: that comes to a whooping $7.20 an ACRE kid. I see you are only a teenager so you might want to back off on giving this type of advice cause you have a lot to learn yet yourself based your "plan".

    The price depends somewhat on your equipment (BUT if you don;t have the proper equipment you still can't charge more). You were ask in the other thread on this same subject when you posted it the first time earlier this evening what type of equipment you will be using but didn't respond. Without knowing the details if the 35-50 acres is flat easy cutting with no trimming, blowing exc you could probably do it for around $35 an acre.
