commercial property, how does one get into one!!!

    how does one get in a commercial property? it is frustrating sometimes i call and play the sales thing and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't some body is already doing the property at like 3 dollars an hour but you get the point what are other peoples technique for like warehouses or properties that don't have a phone number outside? . i even tried live search and these properties dont show up

    Call and ask for a bid packet, and when its due.

    Businesses want reliable hassle free service and billing. They are busy running their business, not calling the lawn guy because of confusing bills or bad service. If you can drum that sort of thing up in your marketing you should be able to land a few bids. I delivered some mailers last year and got about 3 commercials wanting a bid - and that was my first year!

    how long does this turf magazine take to get the adress?? i am dieing to read it :laugh:
