    they opted to go with lawn care only. Not a property management contract. So the pine straw is out of the question.

    Thanks for the input though, I always like to see what other people think about prices.

    I can get long needle pine straw here for $4.25 per bale. We charge by the hour to put it in and normally put it 3 inches thick.

    I have a neat calculator on my Droid X called Landscapers Calculator. It will tell you just about anything you can think of and has many option for choices. an example would be aggregate. Gives you options as to what type, if its rock it will have all the rock sizes and so on.
