    1000.00 for engineered drawings and

who knows how much for Geotech engineer. I'm trying to keep the cost down for the customer.

Are you making the cuts for the wall? Unless you are, I would not think the grading permit would be on you, but nonetheless, all permits fees typically get rolled over onto the owner anyway.

As far as keeping costs down for the customer. They saved when they bought a lot with a slope the needed a wall to begin with. In comparison to a flat all space usable lot, your wall is a tiny part. That said, I would not be worrying too much about costs. Bid it to make your money, build it to last. Walls are one area where no one should be cutting any costs.
