We have 3 acres of bahia and pasture grass to mow and want to get a ZTR mower to cut down our cutting time. Have looked at the Toro Z100, EXMark 5220KC and the Dixon Kodiak for about a grand less than the other two. The Dixon comes with a three year warranty since it will be used for home use. Also looked at the scag but it was way to expensive. We were looking at the 50 or 52 inch cut. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We thought a machine they sell at Lowes or Home Depot would be too little HP and not have a good warranty. Thanks for you help.

All of the mowers you listed would be great for homeowner use.

Don't forget to look at the Hustler Fastrack. They should be competitively priced with the others. Hustler makes a very good product.

I have a FasTrac and love it for my much smaller lawn. If I had 3 acres I would get a commercial ztr b/c it would be much faster than the FasTrac at 7mph.
