    Certainly, RJ.
My knowledge in concrete is extensive. We do many concrete jobs annually and have done so since the early 90's. from basements and garages to pool decks. We even have stamps.

Resurfacing was my initial thought, but I wanted to wait and see RJ's response to my post before I was going to write that!

There's nothing special about the house so I'd do plain precast stairs. You can even get them with various different textures. Use the existing footings. Some nice wooden stairs would work as well.

I been around concrete before I ever knew what a paver was.....

Oh.....and drywall hanging and finishing too!

And oh yeah......I also know how to bake chocolate chip cookies.....from scratch!

Built an addition to my sister and brother in laws ranch house in the early 90's. Basically put one open room to connect the detached garage to the three bedroom home, remodeled the garage giving them a bedroom, huge bath and office.

Three different levels. The stamp work is a pour over of their existing patio porch. Been quite a few years and not a chip or crack. Sometimes even a blind pig finds a peach.

They've moved to a new ranch in the mountains and my niece and her husband are living in the house now. Ironic that I took these pics this morning when I was at the ranch. Originally took the pics to show to my good friend Dusty on the east coast. Ironic.

Oh yeh. The bullnose form was from a pool I built in the 80's so they're old style Stegmier forms
