    Hi Steve,

Looks like no one has used a consultant?

    Well, I are one!

    What's your question?

Depends on what you are looking for. One guy in particular, that sells alot of books, I would highly not recommend.

A suggestion on getting a consultant.....make sure you get one that can "walk the walk and talk the talk", has been in the trenches, understands the total business operation, scheduling, estimating, billing/collections, sales/marketing, etc.

Consultants come in different shapes and sizes with various backgrounds.....some finance, some construction, etc., knows hort and all other aspects of the profession.

Lots of guys think figuring out the financial aspects is all there is to it but your business should be understood by the consultant from A-Z starting with marketing through the billing process.

You can be the financial wizard and bringing in lots of bucks but doesn't mean much if you just turn around and pay it all out due to a lack of operational knowledge.
