Contacting Current Customers

    How and when do you all start getting in contact with your previous customers before the new season starts?

    never lost too much contact sent holiday cards all 4 sent contracts feb 1 and they are coming in left and right.

    I am sending my spring letters out tomorrow along with rate increase letters for 50% of my customers! I figure I should be mowing by the middle or end of March, so right now is a good time for the letters to go out.

    We always send a Thanksgiving card telling them how thankful we are to have them as a customer, and inclose a coupon for referrals or a small discount for prepays.
    Also a Christmas Card with our current flyer, and again referral coupons.
    Then if that didn't get em, we do Valentines, and also mail out letters.
    We are a fert service, so we like to get a commitment before all the big guys start hitting them up.
