    Hello,

I was wondering how many of you you have third party indemnification and subrogation clauses in your contracts?

    Thanks in advance.

If you don't know what third party indemnification and subrogation means to your business, then you should talk to your attorney. If you do anything with large commercial, these clauses are probably in the contract you signed with them. You could potentially be liable for more than what you are comfortable with. Read the fine print and educate yourself.
