I was making up a contract today and the lady asked if we had a 3 month contract? I said we have never done that before but its fine with me. So I now have a 3 month contract with this customer, and they paid up front . Now I was wondering, should I have one set time length for my contracts or should I run a 3 month, 6 month and year contracts? Or do some of you guys run longer than a year for contracts on residential properties?
