When you pros give an estimate for residential customer,do you include leaves pick-up? If you don't, how do you charge when the leaves started to fall?

I always ask what exactly what they want quoted. I give them a price and walk away with a handshake (either with or without) but very polite. I also give other cards out from my competitors for their other bids (my friends). I never try to sell a contract unless it's a commercial property.

Bray, what are you saying here? For example, someone calls and wants an estimate. You go over and they want their beds edged and mulched but you do not do this specific task so you then hand them a business card from another LCO (friend) who can do this work? Is that the end of it or do you make a % off of the job? Why not grow your business and become more diversified?
