Just starting out in the lawn care business and need help understanding year round contracts.Maybe I'm not looking at the big picture. When pricing do you supplie pine needles, mulch, seed etc. Or is this addtional cost for the customer. When I add that in it seems like I'm to high.

    Please Help to understand.

When I do my maintenance bids, i bid each project, mowing, fert., edging...seperatly. Anything else is time and material, unless they ask for a bid in advance. Hope this helps.

yup, thats what I do. It is an excellent way to upsell the core aerations, overseeding, etc.
I figure out the price put a place for them to initial if they wany it, and figure up total and divide by 10 months. Works out for me and my customers.
