    If you already have not done it. Use the search button on the top of the page and enter "contracts" .You will get a wealth of information by using that tool.

    why not just pay your lawyer to draw it up for you? thats what I did and it looks good and works for me

    go to and search there. You'll find many very nice contract that should fit your needs

    Actually, to save some least that's what happened in my circumstance...

    I wrote a contract up and listed everything I wanted to cover/address. Brought that to the attorney for his review...was much cheaper than him just doing it outright.
