My question is this: for those of you that use 12 month service contracts, do you have all of your customers on them or just the customers that want it? Right now I have about 70% of my customer base on monthly service contracts and the rest on seasonal monthly contracts, I would like to switch the rest over especially the commercial stuff. Just wondering if it is worth the hassle of trying to talk people into it, or do you just say 12 month or nothing?
Has anyone else done this or thought about trying it?

Not all my customers want a twelve month agreement. I have some that pay bi-yearly, some that pay twelve months per year, and some that only pay monthly during the season. I offer staggered discounts dependent upon payment method with the largest discount on the bi-yearly, then the twelve month, monthly through the season receives no discount.
