Contracts

    Ok this is my second year and I have only done residential's but I just got a offer to bid on a small commercial property and I faxed in my bid and I got it and it was sent back ok'd and signed. My question is : Do I send them a contract or do they send me one ?

    You need to draw up a contract that fits both your needs. We use one that gives the customer a specific regimen of the seasons activities and I have attached a template of it for you (be sure to customize the area that are red and be really sure to read every word and omit or fulfill all the duties therein). You may want to understand the principles of contracting before signing into a contract because you ARE legally responsible to uphold ALL duties within a contract or you could be sued.

    Thanks for the contract template. It's always nice to get a positive response to a question. You also have a Nice web site.
    Do you include overseeding and mulch in your contracts ?
