when do you start to send out lawn maint. contracts for the season. and what about request to bid for new accounts, and how do you go about this. Do you find too early is a waste of time , since you have to followup cause nobody is thinkin of lawns in feb or march.. what about ads whats the best way?? thanks

Had all my contracts locked up by the end of jan for 2005, its never to early to touch base with your customers from previous year . I, being solo can only take on so much work and i like to know where i stand by jan so if i need to add to client base for coming year i can .I just dont want to be behind or overloaded before i even start the year. On this end iam staying a solo lco and adding employees isnt even a option that i want to deal with .

Contracts will be out by the end of the week, and are expected back by the end of the month. :)
