Control Arm Lever Sensitivity

    I 've got a 2000 Toro Zmaster that is getting a bit jumpy loading and unloading on the trailer as well as daily mowing is concerned. The sensitivity of the control arms is quite a bit more than our other newer Zmasters which are much tighter in control. Which, if any part do I start adjusting to tighten the sensitivity of the steering arms? All our mowers our leased and are usually under warranty for most repairs so I normally don't work on them too much. Any help would be appreciated.
