I live in the dallas area and was curious if anyone has any experience seeding in the fall in warm season grass areas for year round green grass(or for most of the year atleast....) mostly st augustine and bermuda normally 1 or 2 freezes a yr but they usually come in late jan or early feb. if we have any at all... so i was wondering what kind of seed and the best way to put it down so my yards could get another few months of green grass if not yr round. thanks if u need any more specifics just lemme know:D

Lance, contact your local Lesco service center with the specifics on what you want. Remember, overseeding a C3 turf species in to a C4 host is more a matter of timing and turf selection than anything else. The single most important tool is a quality soil temp qauge. My suggestion to you would be contact the golf courses in your area and find out with what and when they overseed.
