    Meaning? You copied it from nebs? I entertained the thought of doing so myself.

    I would change the Lawn Maintenance column and everything under it to
    a different heading.
    You have lawn maintenance , fert, aerating etc. by the hour.

    Where's the box for profit % and Overhead recovery?

    I use this more for myself than the customer. I give them a written proposal with the work to be and total price. I don't really break it down per hour or how long, just one price for everything.

    Please elaborate on what "aerification" is and how to do that?
