How much would you charge to core aerate 6000 sq ft of turf? Appreciate your feed back on this one.
We charge $15/thousand sg ft.
We have a minimum charge of 65.00 and add our time on top...so they'd be looking at 75-80 with us.
I have a $110 minimum and woudn't have any problem getting $125 for 6000 sq ft. 2 times over a 6000 sq ft lawn with an aerator can take up to 1.5 labor hours. That would break down to $90 in labor and $35 for use and maintenance of the machine.
