What do you guys typically charge for approx an acre of core aeration? Do you charge for just the aeration, then tack on seed on top of that, plus any extras? What about the plugs that are pulled do you typically deal with them?

    Any advice is appreciated.

You probally won't find any guys here that will give you a price. You have to base it on your overhead cost and then what you expect for profit for each job (what is going to put food on your table). I usually keep the aeration separate from slice seeding and overseeding, however I will do a price break for any combo of services. I was advised by URI turf school that it is better to leave the plugs and not take anything away from the that part of the ecosystem. Once you mow the grass once maybe twice it gets chopped up and replenishes the soil, so speak. I do have some high end clients who request the plugs be picked up and for that I charge an additional hourly rate plus disposal.
