The latest research on corn gluten is that it takes 3 years to build up enough of the enzyme it contains to levels that will stop crab grass from germinating. No one so far has been able to tell me if you will ever be able to sow regular turf seed after that...the good news is no more crab grass, the bad news is you can't re seed your lawn with the grass you want. I am a big fan of bridge programs. I use as little pesticides as possible. I used dimension this year, and organics for the rest.
