    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CORONA INTRODUCES PRO CUTTM SERIES FOR MAXIMUM CUTTING PERFORMANCE
Replaceable Dual ArcTM Blade Technology and up to 25% More Cutting Power
CORONA, CA (April 16, 2013) Corona, a leading
manufacturer of professional landscape and garden
tools since the 1920s, introduces its new line of
professional-grade pruning tools - Pro CutTM bypass
hand pruner and lopper. Known for maximum
sharpness and durability, Corona’s newest line
features unique blade technology built on the
foundation of forged steel and represents the next
generation design. The classic designed hand
pruner, BP 3180, has been the preferred choice of
master gardeners, landscape contractors and tree
care professionals for decades and Pro Cut
provides the same quality they have come to expect
from the leader in pruning tools.
Designed on Corona’s popular Dual Cut platform, the Pro Cut are made of heavy-duty, forged steel
construction for ultimate durability. The high-performance coating bonded to the blade also increases
the cutting power by as much as 25% when compared to non-coated blade designs. With an
available replacement blade option, it can be quickly changed when worn out or damaged during the
    pruning or handling process.
BP 7200 Pro Cut Bypass Pruner:
This hand pruner offers additional features like right or left-hand activation with a centralized lock for
ease of use. Its handles feature a soft, contoured exterior for lasting comfort with a forged steel
underbody for lasting strength and durability. An integrated bumper system on the handles provides
cushioned support that reduces hand fatigue for extended use. Noticeably unique about the BP 7200
bypass pruner is no visible spring that has been concealed within the body of the tool. This design
innovation prevents the spring from falling off and getting lost, while keeping it free of dirt and sap
which can cause sticking and reduced cutting performance. Its cutting capacity is up to 1” diameter
and works best on pliable stems, branches on shrubs or trees, roses and vines. Suggested retail list
    price is $39.99.
SL 7280 Pro Cut Bypass Lopper
This bypass lopper offer additional features, such as trapezoidal handles and contoured, oversized
grips designed to ergonomically fit the natural position of the hand. The comfort grips extend up the
handles providing added comfort when making a smaller precision cut, while the integrated bumper
system helps reduce stress and fatigue in the arms and upper body. The 2” diameter cutting capacity
makes easy work of cutting larger green branches. Suggested retail list price is $64.99.

Sounds nice. I've lost many a spring.
