I'm seeing lawns with crabgrass with seed heads. Is Trimec Plus still effective? Is it so far advanced that nothing can kill it, outside of a good frost which is months away, or should I just try to pull the crabgrass out? If Trimec Plus can kill the crabgrass plant, can the seeds still drop and be viable for next spring? I'm going with Barricade next spring!

"Drive 75" is a good product to use on crabgrass and many broadleaves but not ground ivy. "Q4" is another good product for crabgrass and broadleaves. "Acclaim" is a good product for grassy weeds. Do some web searching on those products to see what you need.

I think I'm going to try the Q4.
