Those of you who are taking credit card payments, where did you get your credit card authorization thing that you customer signs? could anyone post examples or share theirs? My plan is to take credit card payments through Quick Books. Thanks!

I asked my CC processing company this question and they said I didn't need customers to sign an official authorization form. If any customer had a problem they could contact their card and have the charges reversed anyway.

I include this on the contract "monthly charges will be processed automatically on the 15th (or last day of month)"

If you do your credit cards through quickbooks, they will have an authorization form, online, that you can print and use.
