Credit Card Disputes

    Does anybody that takes credit cards on here ever have any problems with deadbeat customers just disputing something stupid about the service that you provided just because they don't want to pay???
    I'm looking to start accepting CCards in the future so I want to try and research some of my concerns.

    Its called a chrge back when the customer disputes. and he can't dispute for quality of service.

    Theres no problem if you provided a reciept for sales or have a contact for services. If your invoicing monthly for mowing put on the invoice days that service was performed.If it was an install present an invoice and ask them to sign a copy for your records.
    Its then up to the card holder to prove that no service or product was received. and they can't do it.
