I have a customer that has a large bed of creeping myrtle and there are weeds of all types growing up in it, thistle, dandelions, woodsorrel, etc, etc. I was wondering what would be best to use to knock out the weeds without harming the myrtle.

I am not sure about creeping myrtle but on other ground covers we have been using round up sprayed lightly. It works good on controlling weeds and does not harm the ground cover. To test it spray a small spot in a low visable area. In less than 2 weeks you can see if the weeds die and the cover is doing ok or not.
