Any of you have a reward type program to reward great service with no call backs from customers? I'm looking to reward my crew if they can get the list finished in 40 hours(with the route and list they should be able to do it in 35-40 hrs) with no call backs. I'd be happy to pay a guy a premium wage if I knew they did the highest quality work but often it takes time to weed those guys out. I was thinking of a weekly bonus of around 6% of the weekly gross. What has worked for you to ensure quality remained high?
