What is the customary grace period for non-paying customers or late paying customers before cancellation or suspension of services. I have let 1 customer go 2 mos. with no pmt. (in good faith) where does a company draw the line and what about a thirty day out clause? or would any of the contract still be valid? this is the only account that has delayed pmt and has been serviced since June 1st. paid first bill no problem, have not had any complaints. I even reset her irrigation controllers at no charge........go figure.
