I don't understand. Where are these used? Are they given to the customer initially? Are they kept in a file? (This info is also on their accounting page in the software). It is still appreciated that you share, though. That is considerate of you.

Not much info on that-- I track all my customer info and property info in ACT. It is a great contact management program. Even the best one is still less than $500 dollars and will do so much to help your business.
A good tape program to listen to is Harvey Mackey, swim The Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive. and what he tracks about customers. Sales is a great thing to learn

I use it to bring back home and enter into my laptop. Then I file it in my safe. That way if something happens to my laptop all my info is still there.. I also back up my program onto a external HD and put that in my safe..

Yeah...I didn't think there was much info on that one. I've attached a .pdf of ours. We use it to give to all of our customers and get extra info from them (note the special requests/items in yard section). I find it most helpful for giving one time or occassional customers a comfortable chance to be placed on a regular schedule. I can get a .doc format up if anyone would like it...I just don't have it on me. Hope this helps.

I have one in the works right now, but I'm using Excel to do it, and I can only post a jpg of it, so it can't really be edited. I made it with the intention of being able to collect unknown info from some clients that I took over from my friend. He recently moved out of the area and so I took his route over, so it turns out he doesn t really have any info on these people other than service address, service and quoted rate. No phone nbrs, names, billing addresses, anything :hammerhead: ... So to collect that data and have a hard copy of cust info, I made this sheet. Hopefully it might even help me avoid having some sprinklers come up in the middle of a mowing  .
