    It is said that your best customers are the ones that you retain. How much customer contact do you have with your customers? Over the course of a year, how many of you guys send your customers correspondence either thanking them for their business, customer satisfaction surveys,calenders, sales messages, or greeting cards etc. If yes, what has been some of the comments and responses that you can received from your customers?

    I usually don't bug them much. Have a spot on my invoices for comments - so I make offers for other services. Bottom of invoice says "Thank you for your business." Did do a survey once and got 100% positive comments. Usually get some kind of small gift for Christmas - most popular? Candles that smell like fresh cut grass! Lots of great feedback on that one!
