Does anyone have a customer satisfaction survey that they send out for residential maintenance accounts ?

I brought this up in another thread awhile back and got shot down in a hurry. The main reason why was because it would open you customers to gripe and complain. I still think it's a good idea and might put one out in the spring. What kind of questions will you have on it?

i have one that i sent out a few months ago. everything came back great.

walker, they will complain only if you do bad work. and if there is something that they dont like....wouldn't you want to know it?

isnt' that how you fix things? by knowing what went wrong...

    LLCO,

PM me with your email address. I tried to PM you, but for some reason the button to attach files was not there.

One idea I had was to have an area where they can put in a comment and then ask for their permission to use that quote for futher advertisement. You might want to put it on a flyer of website. Something like:

"Progressive Lawn & Landscape is a very dependable service and always treats me like family"
