I have two homes next door to each other that I mow on a weekly basis. There is a neighbor that is a international freight pilot who I have done some one time mowings and has given me 2 spring cleanup and 1 fall cleanup in the past year. I mowed his yard twice this year so far. It has been 11 days since his last mowing. I got a call from his wife asking if I could take over the mowing for the year. Of course I'm going to take it one. $50 per week who wouldn't. Nice people, always paid on time in the past. My question is since it is 11 days since the last cut, would you cut it early this week or wait till friday when I am at that stop for weekly mowings. If I wait till friday it will be 2 full weeks on a irrigated and fertilized lawn, and If I do it monday then the next cut would be 11 days again. When would you mow?

Yes I'd agree, you could cut 1/3 off monday then return friday to cut at the normal height if it's real tall.
