What is everyone using for dallisgrass?

I can't get my hands on any msma and celcius at the medium rate only seems to turn the leaves purple. I hate to do the gly treatment in the middle of a nice green lawn

What are the other options for actively growing turf?

One shot or multiple shots at regular intervals?

Safe for warm and cool season Turf?

Just asking...I will look the label up and read it at some point.

    Ted,

It's for cool season grass as it will take out Bermuda.
Not sure what type grass where op is but I should have mentioned that it is cool season.

All warm season but 80% Bermuda lawns.

Dig it out and resod the spot. Add a bit of soil as needed.
I am not sure if spraying Roundup on the soil inside the hole would kill any remaining roots or not. Might injure new sod. Charge a dollar a minute, including driving to get the sod. 50 cents a minute if you consider yourself unskilled labor.

I had good luck using tribute/Celsius at Max rate with mso spot treating three times over a six-eight week period.

    Sounds like an off-label treatment.

At the high rate, youÂ’re only allowed 2 applications of Celsius and only 2 applications of Tribute Total.
