    Equipment:
    4 x 21" mowers
    4 x 36" exmark mowers
    4 grass trimmers
    2 backpack blowers

    1 acre x .40 hectares

    Phase 1
1.31 ha of turf grass (3.5 acres)
2293 metres squared of planting beds
1063 metres squared of tree pits

    I was thinking 2 - 3 days for this place with 4 people ...

    About $1750 a month?

    Phase 2
3.47ha of turf grass approx (8.5 or 9 acres)
6113 metres squared of planting beds
235 metres squared of tree pits, and 4200 linear metres consisting of concrete medians and sidewalks.

I was thinking 3 days for this place with 4 people ...

    About $3800 a month?

    What you guys think?
The flowerbeds can be taken care of, after we do a really good job of weeding we can then apply casaron...

    What you guys think?

I think you need larger front line mowers.

    How many services per season?

Prices seems low just by per man hours. 4 man crew 3 days for 1750.00 per month. Hard to say without detailed requirements converted to US standards.

Sounds like a good property to have if you can make it work. :D :D

Not looking at you #'s. Just your days-
I try for around $800-$1000 per day per 2 man truck.
    2-3 days for 4 guys tranfers to 4-6 days for a 2 man crew or $4000-$6000 per week. Even going low---4 days a week x $800 = $3200 a week or $12800 a month.
This is WAY off from where you are at. one problem is doing acres with a 36".

Buy a bigger mower. And although I could do the math and convert, it isn't going to happen.

Do the conversions and you will get a lot more help.

Without seeing it, I think your numbers are off a bit. I don't think they would take as long as you think, and they still might be worth more than you think. We have properties that are similar in size to your phase 1 but pay phase 2 prices. Your equipment and measurements don't add up. Any property that will require up to 8 mowers will require more than 2 blowers. The area of tree wells leads me to believe you willl need to at least double blower count and increase trimmer account.

    Just some simple math here....

    4 men + 3 days = 96 man hours.
    $1750 / 96 man hours = $18.23 per hour.

    Need anyone say anymore?
