Dandelion blooming!

    In Austin today I swear to God I saw a dandelion in bloom! I couldn't believe it, so I pulled over and look and sure as h*** there it was! Today is Dec. 30th isn't it?

    Here in Dallas and North up toward Allen I've seen them lately. They are considered a cool season broadleaf weed, although usually found blooming Spring to Summer. A little 2,4-D will kill em'.

    LOL... probably is global warming, the weeds are talking to us. Funny you post this, I was walking my dog yesterday and in a parking lot I saw kinda fresh, spent dandilion stems with the furry seeds in a cluster on top, no leaf growth at all. Weird?
