Advice please on what to do for browned out dead spots in a sodded lawn. The dead spots are probably from dog urine. Do I reseed, use a product that contains seed, mulch, and fertilizer? Should I cut out the remaining dead sod roots before I reseed? Any suggestions for products to use to get grass to grow on these spots?
    Thanks,
    Rick

    Hi rick,
Spring brown spots could be from many things, including disease, dog urine, ect.
Buy some seed and lightly topdress with native soil. These areas should come roaring back this time of year.
    Good Luck,

I would also do that. If this is new sod just replace it. If it's established just throw some seed out there and work it in a bit.
