I went and looked at a yard today that has zotsia in the back and there are brown patches throughout the yard. At first, they thought it was crown rot, but zoysia doesn't host crown rot and there are no lesions anywhere of any kind, so it isn't a fungus. There simply is no new growth there. I figured they could either cut out and replace the dead areas or wait for the live stuff to fill in the blanks. What do you think?
