I broke a part on my deck (rear deck hanger bolt) and need to make sure my deck is level after the repair. It's a 61 inch ZJ stander. What is the proper procedure for this? Do I just measure from the ground (flat level surface) to the bottom edge of the deck skirt? Should it be level, or tilted forward or back a little?

    UfoPilot,

The best is to base it off of the blade tip measurements, you will want it set so the rear tips measure 1/4" higher than the front. The shell can get you in the ballpark but the tips are best to get the correct pitch front to back and level side to side.
