Just got my new deck on my 23/60 z. I cut the leaves and noticed more blow out than before. I have read on other post that the deck should be pitched toward the front atleast a 1/4",is this correct? Does this help the striping ability? Should it be left like that all the time or just during the leaf season?

Your deck needs to be pitched higher in the rear by 1/4 inch.
Your owners manual describes this procedure and adjustment
Did your dealer install the deck ? he should of taken care of it for you.
I would also recommend a anti blow out kit, part # 368498 MSRP is $55.00

My dealer did install the deck.
I havent checked the pitch my self just noticed the blow additional blowout.
Is it as simple as measuring the height at the front of the deck, the leading edge near the anti-scalp wheels and measuring the back edge of the deck?
I will check my manual before making any adjustment if needed.

Thanks for you time and response!

    Not quite that simple.....
Check your manual, it explains it in detail.
