deducting cash purchase

    The bill of sale is all you need for irs

    Just take the amount of cash needed out of the business account and the bill of sale will show that cash as being used to buy the trailer

    What I do is write a check out to "CASH" from my business account and then in the Memo write what is going to be buying. Then of course a Bill of Sale as well, but that helps me track it a little easier.
