Deed transfers in local paper...

    Basically what I've been doing is sending out a "hello" letter stating welcome to the nieghborhood and would you like an free estimate. I also throw them a huge bone. "I'd be glad to show you how to get your lawn serviced for free!!.
    Just started last week.

    I look in our local friday paper for all hte new deed tranfers (sales)

    You not only get a name, but an address and what they paid for the house. Lots of info for just .50 cents!

    We'll see.

    i've always thought about using the deed transfers section in this way as well. let us know if it works out for you or not.

    Just an after thought....maybe I'll make some refrigerator magnets:D
